Refund policy

At Bar-Enthusiast, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team on cheers@bar-enthusiast.com on the day of delivery of the goods.

Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering. Refund and exchange is not possible on made to order, customized products and bar furniture.
