Refreshing Mocking This Summer

As days become longer and the temperature grows warmer, there is no better way to celebrate the joys of refreshing summer cocktails. The perfect refreshing cocktails also pair well with any summer activity or spending time on the terrace or in the backyard with a favorite book. And if you are planning for the perfect summer get-together, then you should definitely try the above recipes to impress your friends!
 

1. Lemonade Mocktail with Elderflowers

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces of Lemon Elderflower Soda
  • 1 ounce of vodka
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint and elderflowers for garnishing

PREPARATION

  • Add all the ingredients and stir together
  • Fill your cocktail glass with ice
  • Garnish with elderflowers and mint leaves
  • Cheers!

 

2. Passion Fruit Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml passion fruit 
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 1lit lemonade
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice

PREPARATION

  • Take passion fruit pulp and pour it into a serving carafe
  • Mix the orange juice, lemonade and ice, then stir properly
  • Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves and ice
  • If you prefer your cocktail smoother, then you can use a strainer to prevent the passion fruit seeds from mixing into your cocktail

3. Rosemary Pomegranate Mimosa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 glass of champagne 
  • 1 glass of sweetened pomegranate juice
  • Rosemary for flavor
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnishing

PREPARATION

  • Add rosemary and pomegranate seeds to a champagne glass
  • Add pomegranate juice in the glass and top it off with champagne
  • Don't make this recipe in advance. You don't want your drink to go flat
  • Cheers!

 

4. Mango Orange Mojito

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 ounces mango juice
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 6 ounces soda water
  • Sliced orange 
  • Sugar
  • Ice

PREPARATION

  • Take mint leaves and muddle the mint with a muddler
  • Add the sugar and crush it well with mint leaves
  • Add the liquids and stir
  • Garnish each glass with mint leaves and ice
  • Pour mojito over the ice in each glass
  • Cheers!
